NEC Corporation ("NEC"), based in Japan, is the ultimate parent company of NEC Europe Ltd. as well as many other direct and indirect subsidiaries within Europe, the Middle East and Africa (the "EMEA").  All of our group companies are identified here and are referred to collectively as NEC in this Privacy Policy (or, as appropriate in the context, "we", "us" or "our").  Protecting your privacy is important to NEC and we respect and value the relationship we have with you.  Please take a moment to read the following policy which describes the personal information that you provide to us or we collect when you use this site.  It also explains how we may use this information, with whom we may share it and how we use cookies.

Information you provide to us and how we use it

  • Technical support: When you request technical support for your NEC products we may collect information that will allow us to identify your products or systems, understand the configuration of the products, diagnose your questions, and provide solutions.

How we use web beacons

We may also use web beacon technologies to better tailor the site to provide better customer service.
